CM Window method was introduced on December 25th, 2014, and people can also file complaints via the CM Window. The mechanism for handling complaints is completely open and hassle-free. According to media sources, the Haryana CM Window has so far received about one million complaints, and all of the ones that were qualified for correction were addressed.

Citizens receive an SMS on their mobile phone with the complaint registration number after submitting these complaints through the CM Window Counter Online.

Steps to register a complaint online for the Haryana CM window

In the following locations, you can register your problem in one step.

  1. At the CM WINDOW counter – Deputy Commissioner’s Office (DC Office), Sub Divisional Office (SDM Office).
  2. Chief Minister’s Residence, Office of the Chief Minister or Ministers, Haryana Secretariat, Sector-1, Chandigarh.

Note: To file a complaint, You have to visit the above-given locations. It can’t be registered online.

Steps to track CM Window Complaints Online

  1. Visit the official website cmharyanacell.nic.in
  2. At the Top section, Click the “Track Grievance” link on the site.
  3. Next, provide the complaint’s registration number in the corresponding field.
  4. Please now enter your mobile number.
  5. To check the status of the Haryana CM Window complaint, enter the five-digit security code and click “Submit.”

Steps to check the CM Window Haryana complaint status through Mobile App

  • On your smartphone, launch the Google Play store.
  • Look for “CM Window Haryana” there.
  • Click the “Install” button after opening the link for the Android application.
  • Open the CM Window App once it has been installed on your phone.
  • To view the progress of your complaint at the moment, enter the complaint registration number in the application.

Note: In addition to the options mentioned above, you can use social media to directly address your grievances to the Chief Minister. Use the CMO Haryana Facebook Page or Twitter handle to send your complaint about the issue.
