DDA Housing Scheme Online Registration: The DDA New Special Housing Scheme has been launched by the Delhi Development Authority. DDA Flats – Eligibility Criteria

• The applicant must be an Indian citizen.

• if both the husband and wife submitted applications and their names are drawn in the lottery. They will only be given one flat in such a case.
• The applicants should not have any residential plots larger than 67 square meters in Delhi, New Delhi, or Delhi Cantonment, either whole or in part.
• The applicant’s individual income, as well as the joint or co-applicants, should not exceed Rs. 3 lakhs per year, and the household’s income should not exceed Rs. 10 lahks. With the exception of EWS, no other groups have an income requirement.
